What to know
List the property address and contact, each room or work zone, large items and approximate quantities, attached or connected equipment, floor level, elevator or stair access, loading location, and requested work window.
Keep chemicals, fuels, paint, medical waste, batteries, and other regulated material separate. Do not include employee, customer, financial, or access credentials in ordinary photos or notes.
